Each session is guided by a unique theme, inviting introspection and personal growth. Oracle cards and other mindful modalities may compliment the practice, available only for those who feel called to explore them. This foundational training introduces you to the gentle yet powerful current of Reiki energy. In this level, we focus on attuning the body as a vessel for Reiki by clearing and harmonizing the chakra system. You’ll learn to confidently connect to Reiki energy, establishing your own relationship with this universal life force.
You’ll be guided in techniques for self-treatment and how to offer Reiki to close friends, family, and pets. This course lays the groundwork for your intuitive development and prepares you to recognize subtle energy shifts within the body.

Reiki II deepens your connection and broadens your ability to offer healing across distance and time. You’ll receive and learn to activate the sacred Reiki symbols, including the Peace Symbol, working with them as tools to amplify healing, restore harmony, and connect to deeper intuition.
This level also brings a more intricate look at the chakra system, where we explore how emotional and physical stagnation settles in the energy body—and how to gently shift it.
